JOB REQUIREMENTS: Kenosha Community Health Center is looking for FullTime or Part Time Dentists. POSITION SUMMARY The Dentist providesprofessional, high-quality dental diagnosis, treatment and education toa broad range of patients, including children, adolescents and adults.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The list of duties and responsibilities is not allinclusive and may be expanded to include other duties andresponsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.Provides hands-on dental care in a variety of settings while achievingthe highest levels of appropriateness, quality, efficiency,accessibility and responsiveness. * Maintains full appointment schedulefor office practice and other settings * Provides a full range ofgeneral dental services within the dentist\'s defined scope of training* Utilizes state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment techniques *Refers patients to specialists and relevant patient care components asappropriate * Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications andtreatment regimens as appropriate * Directs and coordinates the patientcare activities of dental technical and support staff as required *Follows established departmental policies procedures and objectives,continuous quality improvement objectives arid safety, environmentaland/or infection control standards * Maintains necessary credentialing, licensure and continuing education requirements * Other relatedduties as required POSITION REQUIREMENTS Educational and/or ExperienceDDS or DMD degree from an accredited college or university with majorcourse work in general dentistry required. Current licensure in thestate of Wisconsin. Valid DEA license to prescribe narcotics. CurrentCPR/AED certification WORK SCHEDULE Open availability to work up to 40hours during clinic operating hours, typically Monday - Thursday, 7am -7pm, Friday, 7am - 5pm and rotating Saturdays 7am - 3pm.
