　　Demo Content Engineering plays a pivotal role in transforming ideas into compelling visual narratives, and our Demo Engineers (Application Consultants) craft highly impactful demonstrations. These demos are a cornerstone of Oracle Sales efforts, serving as dynamic tools to communicate Oracle's vision and excellence to prospective customers. Our team, comprised of Oracle's brightest and most innovative minds, is currently seeking an individual with a proven track record of creativity and innovation.

Qualified candidates must possess extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing Product Lifecycle Management solutions – particularly innovation management, product development and product information management. 　　The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of business strategies and the ability to execute these strategies with a robust project plan. 　　Knowledge and Skills Requirements

　　Hands-on experience, including implementation, with Oracle Product Lifecycle Management applications

　　Experience with manufacturing is a plus

　　Solid understanding of supply-chain processes

　　Expert attention to technical and user experience detail

　　Outstanding systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

　　Effective planning, prioritizing, goal setting skills

　　Ability to conduct research for new solutions in a virtual team across organizations

　　Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written with staff and end users of all levels

　　Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

　　Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver new demonstration flows

　　Technical Knowledge

　　Advanced knowledge of supply chain management principles, systems, and methodologies with a focus on Oracle product lifecycle management.

　　Knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA, Slack, etc.

　　Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications

　　B.S. in Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering or related field

　　5+ years of experience working hands on in a supply chain management role and/or experience implementing Oracle product lifecycle management systems.

　　Product Lifecycle Management Expertise: Possess extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing Product Lifecycle Management solutions. Expertise with innovation management, product development and product information management is required.

　　User Experience Focus: Demonstrate a keen eye for user experience and a commitment to staying updated with the latest technologies.

　　Project Execution: Translate business strategies into robust project plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

　　Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional written and verbal English communication skills to articulate design and implementation ideas effectively.

　　Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver new demonstration flows.
