Gener a te a n integr a ted volume dem a nd pl a n (0- 24months rolling) for his/her portfolio based on demand drivers for both short-term SOE and medium to long term SOP .
Analyze actualization of demand driver s by reviewing historic a l sales a nd da t a a t a ppropri a te level of detail a nd horizon (Actu a l vs. Pl a n) and coordinating with cross functions including CSP, CDE, marketing, CMI, etc to understand driver s performance .
Generate baseline forecasting including understanding historical sales , cl ea n ing da t a , applying st a tistic a l models machine learning .
I dentif y and reconcile adhoc volume for managing risks a nd opportunities .
Coordinate with MSO planner to m onitor customer service perform a nce
KPI’s Reporting (Forec ast BIAS, Ac cu r a cy, e tc ) deep dive analysis for root cause and improving actions .
Oper a te Kinaxis and Splanner as DP key user .
Dem a nd movement tracking, h ighlight key v a ri a nces a nd adjust fore cas ts a ccordingly .
Cr ea tes volume forec ast s for new products / innov a tions, special packs jointly with marketing CSP t ea m
Deploy new demand planning tools/ digital initiatives including machine learning/ Anaplan to continuously improve forec ast quality.
Together with SC planning manager to improve SOP effectiveness and forecast quality.

Strong data analytics, communication, storytelling stakeholder management
Strong Excel skills , Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI.
Proficiency in Kinaxis, SAP, digit a l tools is a plus
