Ability to define and rollout demand forecast collaboration process;

　　Responsible for creating 18 months statistics forecast;

　　Optimize statistic forecast, analyze historic data, forecasting models, as well as trend/seasonality and events;

　　Act as supply chain representative to interact with marketing – NPI program, product phase-in/phase-out, promotion events, portfolio;

　　Maintain product master data, ABC classification, product lifecycle;

　　Lead monthly demand review meeting with sales, marketing and supply team, make collaborative demand planning;

　　Follow up the sales estimation of key projects and reflect demand;

　　Possess the qualities of forecast accuracy, analyze the variance deep driving factors, and promote continuous improvement of forecast accuracy;

　　Realize the balance of supply & demand during the cost optimization whiling meeting customer needs;

　　Monitor plan execution, be responsible for coordination of abnormal conditions, and promote problem solution;
