As an integral member of our team, the M365 Solutions Architect will spearhead both technical and managerial initiatives, leveraging expertise to drive innovative solutions aligned with KCHA's strategic vision. This role involves leading software infrastructure architecture, crafting and maintaining the applications roadmap, and orchestrating file discovery for efficient solutions.
Specifically, you'll be at the forefront of strategic and tactical planning, focusing on Microsoft 365 implementation, Power Platform (Power BI, Apps, Automate, and Pages), Teams implementation, and the seamless operation of on-premises solutions and cloud-based services. Your leadership will ensure the development, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of crucial systems and processes, all contributing to the realization of our mission-critical business objectives.

Essential FunctionsThe M365 Solutions Architect will have key responsibility for the following:
Lead advanced senior-level oversight for Microsoft 365 Online environments, covering design, implementation, maintenance, administration, and support.
Support KCHA staff using M365 tools (MS Teams, Power Platform Suite, M365 Forms, M365 To-Do, Azure AD Objects). Develop and refine roadmaps.
Act as lead consultant and subject matter expert for the Microsoft 365 Platform (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 Apps) on service requests and incidents.
Manage, monitor, and assign software licensing, ensuring compliance with KCHA Microsoft agreements and security requirements.
Manage configurations and standards to identify, design, plan, recommend, and implement improvements including integrations with other systems.
Monitor and communicate service performance, providing key metrics and status updates to IT Management.
Create SOPs, training resources, and consult with team members to maximize application utilization and improve customer service.
