　　Job Description

　　Position Summary

　　The Co-Op will be part of Demand Management team (DM) and work closely with Sales, Business Unit, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams. The DM team is responsible for sales and operations planning, contributes to special projects, and strategic business initiatives.

　　The candidate will support activities that contribute to making forward looking decisions with the demand plan and communicates those decisions to stakeholders including Supply Chain, Marketing, and our external customers.

　　Responsibilities

　　Business and data analysis, deriving valuable and actionable insights, documenting, and communicating findings with key stake holders, validate data and drive escalations in case of data discrepancies. The Co-Op candidate is entrusted to work with DM Planner and collaborate in DM activities, propose problem solutions, use analytics skills to draw conclusion, and participate in projects, reporting, dashboard and business initiatives.

　　Qualification & Education Requirements

　　Advanced skills in Excel (VBA a plus), PowerPoint, and Word

　　Data visualization and dashboard (Power BI) creation experience

　　Knowledge of tools like SAP, Blue Yonder JDA, SQL, Alteryx is a strong plus

　　Knowledge of forecasting and planning processes such as supply, sales, demand, NPI is desirable

　　Strong analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills

　　Excellent communication (both written and verbal), organization, and documentation skills

　　Must have team-oriented attitude, accountability, and ownership

　　Ability to work with cross-functional teams and present actions and information to stakeholders

　　Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with varied groups

　　Currently enrolled in a BS, MS, MBA, Supply Chain, Computer/Data Science, or Business Analytics programs

　　Able to commit to the 2024 Summer/Fall Co-Op Program which goes from June through December 2024

　　The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
