  This role will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CaaS supportprocesses, products, and services. They will work with our OutsourcingPartner to ensure support processes are understood and followed. TheDelivery Analyst reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Operations Solutionsand will have a direct relationship with the Outsourcing Partner.

  Along with the Sr. Manager, the Delivery Analyst will ensure standardoperating policies and procedures are functionally setup, effectivelyemployed and manage the service quality for all Outsourcing Partnerservices driving overall metrics to meet/exceed expectations. The roleis accountable for daily interactions/standups with the OutsourcingPartner to ensure expectations are being met, and to escalate anyissues. The Delivery Analyst is expected to monitor and review allmetrics, SLAs, and KPIs.

  The Delivery Analyst will be responsible for assisting with alltransition activities including knowledge transfer, staffing/hiring,training, and go-live activities in partnership with the OutsourcingPartner.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Leads training to Outsourcing Partner (initial and ongoing)

  Develop and execute data analysis to ensure objectives are met

  Conduct quality assurance checks

  Implement and monitor checks to assess performance, reliability andquality of services provided

  Identify and work to resolve program gaps, defects, and improvements

  Investigate support complaints and product issues

  Monitor quality of Outsourcing Partner to ensure adherence to KPIs andTreviPay expectations

  Daily point of contact for Outsourcing Partner questions and escalations

  Develop, maintain, and communicate procedures, standards anddocumentation to Outsourcing Partner (SOP, procedures manual,process/system changes)

  Provide recommendations for procedural improvements

  Form positive and productive relationship with Outsourcing Partner

  Collaborate with Outsourcing Partner and key TreviPay stakeholders togain efficiencies and meet SLAs and quality standards

  Assess, analyze and report on potential risks with Outsourcing Partnerto TreviPay management

  Execute initiatives to meet organizational goals

  Develop and refine the scope of the program in response to evolvingorganizational and community context

  Develop long-term relationships with Outsourcing Partner and keyTreviPay business stakeholders to promote and support the program withinternal stakeholders and Outsourcing Partner

  Conduct audits of Outsourcing Partner

  May travel to work on-site with programs

  Special projects as assigned

  Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  Deep knowledge of CaaS product and operations

  Exceptional customer service skills with proven customer relationsexperience

  Strong verbal and written communication skills are required

  Proven ability to develop processes and documentation

  Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytics as well as analyticalcreativity

  Excellent trainer

  Strong ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize tasks

  Detail oriented and task driven with a strong work ethic able to work ina fast-paced environment

  Able to contribute on an individual basis and as part of a team

  Ability to travel (if necessary)

  Flexibility n work schedule (if necessary)
