Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelops and maintains customer relationships to enhance company\'sability to procure projects, reduce risk, and ensure operationalefficiency. Oversees and coordinates the planning and implementation ofstructural steel projects. Responsible for managing the projectproductivity, schedule, costs, quality and safety consistent withcompany policies and practices. Manages assigned projects includingworking with local team to develop processes for delivering total steelsolutions. Reads steel shop drawings and structural drawings. Supervisesthe activity and development of Assistant Project Managers. Monitors theoverall safety and quality issues on the project. Assists with thedevelopment and coordination of material and fabrication schedules andpromotes their efficient use. Manages and coordinates all subcontractorand vendor contracts and associated processes and procedures. MinimumQualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or ConstructionManagement, or an equivalent combination of education and professionalproject management experience. Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels ofthe organization, as well as with customers and vendors. Detail orientedwith the ability to efficiently analyze and organize significant amountsof information regarding plan layouts, material deliveries and jobproductivities. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, andOutlook). Preferred Qualifications Experienced developing and deliveringsales presentations and negotiating contracts in the constructionindustry are a plus.
