Job Title: Delft Business Controller

　　As Delft Controller you have a central position within one of the key Business Units of DSM-Firmenich. Responsible for finance related to Delft location and managerial reporting of Ingredient Solutions. Within this role you are in the driving seat to maximize value by analyzing, communicating and challenging financial results in a transparent way towards multiple stakeholders within the organization.

　　Key responsibilities:

　　• Responsible for all financial activities related to the Delft location (excluding the manufacturing plant). This includes budget, actuals and forecasting activities around operational expenditures and capital expenditures.• Preparing Ingredient Solutions’ management report (full global scope).• Business partnering with various stakeholders at the Delft location.• Structural, project and ad-hoc related work is part of the job, so a flexible and open mind set is key.

　　• Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 66505 to o € 95007 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.

　　You bring: • Master in Finance or Business Administration with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.• Experience in Business Control or FP&A, Preferably in a matrix organization.• Your communication skills are crucial to maximize your impact.• Besides financial skills, you will also bring analytical, commercial and digital skills.• Stakeholder management for all levels within the organization.
