　　Training Coordinator

　　POSITION OVERVIEW

　　In support of the Department Air Force (DAF) Rapid Capabilities Office (RCO) Field Support Unit (FSU), this position will provide professional training and development services. DAF RCO-FSU offers unique capabilities and resources to support the U.S. Government and DoD Agencies in exploring technology concepts and to help resolve other technology challenges.

　　JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Assist in administering an organization-wide training program for the DAF RCO-FSU

　　Schedule, monitor, track, and report statistics on mandatory Government training and mentoring events and classes for Government personnel.

　　Administratively prepare for organizational developmental training, monitor, track, and report on Government developmental training tasking

　　Coordinate government training requests and requirements for Government personnel

　　Administratively support the DAF RCO-FSU Human Resource Office on developing career training plans for Government employees.

　　Support the Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP), Intelligence Analyst (IA) Certifications, and other required certifications for the DAF RCO-FSU by assisting in identifying qualifications and processing certification applications.

　　Maintain and reconcile local certification databases and other applicable records.

　　Provide information on Continuous Learning Program (CLP) requirements for APDP in the Learning Management systems and other required systems for IA or other certifications.

　　Assist as needed with picking up, sorting, and delivering incoming mail from the Official Mail Center (OMC).

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Required Qualifications:

　　1+ years of experience working with DoD training programs.

　　Ability to track 100+ training records.

　　Bachelor's degree or an additional 4 years of experience.

　　TS/SCI clearance.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　2+ years of experience working with Learning Management Systems.

　　2+ years of experience in the development of career training plans.

　　Knowledge of the Acquisition Professional Development Program and Intelligence Analyst Certifications.
