  Responsibilities:

  Undertake complex litigation cases with an emphasis on Delaware corporate law.

  Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and assist in trial preparation.

  Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and provide insightful legal advice.

  High stakes litigation involving Delaware business entities and transactional matters carrying significant litigation risk or involving novel or complex issues of Delaware law.

  Requirements

  Qualifications:

  1 to 4+ years of post-law school law firm experience.

  Graduated from a Top 15 ranked law school.

  Proven track record as a litigation associate, with a focus on Delaware corporate law.

  Experience gained at a top-tier law firm.
