Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Data Engineer in Houston, Texas. This role is primarily focused on managing and analyzing data for a variety of projects using different systems including Snowflake and CLX. As part of our team, you'll work remotely, handling the intricate data puzzles that come with managing a supply chain project.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage contract data for ongoing projects

• Utilize Snowflake, CLX, and other systems to manage and fine-tune data

• Incorporate new data into the SQL database

• Utilize the Alterex tool for data analysis

• Handle the mapping and hand off of data for ingestion by other teams

• Create an auditing trail for project mapping

• Populate Power BI reports using data exports

• Work on systems related to contract creation

• Provide analytical support rather than system support

• Manage multiple systems used in project management. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of detail oriented experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, such as AWS or Google Cloud.

• Strong skills in Data Visualization and familiarity with tools such as Power BI.

• Experience in implementing complex algorithms.

• Demonstrable knowledge in Analytics and its application in business decisions.

• Proficiency in AWS Technologies, such as EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift.

• Experience with Snowflake, including data loading, data modeling, and data pipeline development.

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, including creating, debugging, and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.

• Experience with Power BI for creating reports and dashboards. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
