　　Zantech is looking for an upcoming talented Defense Readiness Report System - Army Team Lead.

　　Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

　　Have a working knowledge of US Army, including active force, ARNG and US Army Reserves mobilization/demobilization, deployment/redeployment and unit readiness current mission sets and operational business models and practices.

　　Senior level experience in leading a team to develop DRRS-A training program scenariobased POIs; including mobile training team training packages, Software Users Manuals (SUMs), Executive level overviews, basic and advance level soldier and civilian POIs.

　　Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

　　Have seven (7) years or more of leading training sessions / lead instructors experience within a classroom environment or equivalent.

　　Senior level skill set in Project Reporting.

　　Required Security Clearance:

　　At a minimum, a current SECRET (Interim or Final) security clearance“Outstanding Performance…Always!”
