SUMMARY:The Debit Card/ATM Processing Specialist is responsible for problem- andsituation- resolution for internal and external customers related tocertain electronic banking processes. This position requires highlyengaged customer-focused skills as part of the overall Customer SupportCenter staff. This position also requires the ability to effectivelyprioritize tasks as well as multi-task with a high degree of accuracy.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Processes a variety of EFTrelated activities such as EFT/ATM settlement; orders or instant-issuesdebit cards; processes lost/stolen cards; supports the debit REWARDSprogram, etc. Balances ATMs and ITMs for branch operations. Reviewscheck images deposited through the ATM channel to prevent fraud andensure check negotiation standards are followed. Works closely with callcenter and branch staffs to resolve customer inquiries. Assists externalcustomers through situation/problem resolution; escalates customercritical issues as appropriate. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this jobsuccessfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily.
