DEALER FINANCE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

　　HARRISONBURG DOWNTOWN FINANCIAL CENTER

　　PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　function as a liaison between Dealer Finance lenders, dealerships, customers, and the dealer finance team. In addition, a Dealer Finance Support Specialist directly supports the indirect dealer finance lending team in a variety of service and loan functions, properly and efficiently assists customers with dealer finance accounts or loan needs in a professional and courteous manner.

　　High School Diploma / GED

　　Hourly, Pending Experience

　　SKILLS NEEDED

　　5 years of banking or dealer finance service experienceExperience in an office environment with administrative responsibilitiesPossess critical thinking skills and attention to detailUnderstand the types of collection processes along with federal and state associated requirementsAble to handle multitask situations and working environmentStrong verbal and written communications skillsStrong relationship-building skillsExcellent time management skills and be attentive to detailAdequate computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to work independently as well as complete projects using a team approachPendleton Community Bank is an equal opportunity employer / veteran / disability.
