　　As this is a 100% in-office role, you embrace the idea of being a point of contact for all Ewing, NJ facilities related questions. You are excited by the role you’ll play in providing a high-quality employee experience and are comfortable with the ever-changing nature of the role (one day you may be assisting with setting up training or conference rooms and the next day you may be managing the functions of the mail center).

　　What you will do

　　In short, you will act as the initial point of contact for facilities-related requests and problem-solving for employees in the Ewing NJ office.

　　You will welcome and assist everyone who visits the office by greeting them in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner and by directing them to the appropriate meeting area.

　　You will function as the administrator of our building access system, including creating new access cards, disabling cards, periodic auditing of card list, and troubleshooting issues.

　　In addition, you will be responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with external vendors to ensure facilities are properly maintained, as well as following up to ensure work is promptly completed with appropriate quality per work instructions.

　　Finally, you will maintain an activity calendar and will assist with organizing, coordinating, and implementing various events and activities for employees.
