  What the team says

About the team and the role

“The Deal Desk team is a perfect place for people who enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with cross-functional collaboration, and have the ability to think outside the box when developing a proposal for your stakeholders.

You will be supported by your management and your team, which is a set-up of the most wonderful people I've ever worked with, but you’ll still have enough room to express your style and have enough room for decision-making aligned to a role and position you would be taking.

It is a wonderful balance of both: enough day-to-day activities to give you a sense of familiarity and structure, ensuring you become quite proficient quite fast in your everyday job, and yet, there are enough uniquely structured deals, custom-made proposals, and side projects to ensure you’re constantly learning and shaping your future career path.”

  About the manager

“Oscar is always there for his team. He’s supporting us, teaching us, letting us grow. He takes time to get to know us and cares about our career paths and personal lives. He’s achieved a perfect balance between allowing us to work independently to the extent possible, enabling us to develop as professionals, and still being there by our side, ready to guide and support us. Oscar is not just a boss and manager but a true leader. He created a warm and safe atmosphere in the team, and I feel privileged to call him my manager.”
