The candidate will have the opportunity to join EssilorLuxottica and work in a newly built Business Unit dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of eye glasses. He/she will join the Logistics Operations team reporting to the DC Supervisor, will have daily interactions with the Logistics Manager and the Business Unit Operations Manager and will act as key figure in order to manage people, plan, monitor and improve all the Logistics activities to achieve KPI.
My Day at EssilorLuxottica:
Ensure all daily weekly and monthly KPI`s are met and are updated
Communicate all issues and provide solutions where possible, i.e. failed deliveries, out of stocks etc
Ensure daily and weekly workloads are being assessed and that agents are working optimally
Assist employees with work process problems.
Supervise the time management of the Outbound team and address as and when necessary.
Ensure all Outbound team are well informed of all processes, procedures & policies.
Implement and maintain performance management with all staff.
Coach, motivate and retain staff and coordinate, rewards and incentive schemes.
Analyze physical and system flows and envision, propose and deploy improvement actions to increase operations smoothness, speediness and flexibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Logistic, Supply chain or Management
At least 5 years of experience in a multinational company
Experience in Logistics Operations
Excellent command of both written and spoken english
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (usage of pivot is a must)
KPI driven mindset;
Remarkable communication skills
Strong in people management
