　　What you can expect:

　　Candidates will need to pass an initial drug test, background check, andhave a clean driving record.

　　We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter and has at least4 years prior experience in Residential HVAC. The individual must haveobtained their Idaho Journeyman\'s card and should be able to problemsolve and perform manual labor daily. A strong independent person whocan work alone and/or as part of a team. Prioritizing and planning tasksand one who can troubleshoot any issues that may arise (communicatingeffectively with your team and manager through the process).
