Description We are in the retail industry located in Hillside, New Jersey, and we are seeking a Data Warehouse Analyst. The individual will play a key role in our operations, using their technical skills to analyze complex data and collaborate with other analysts. The role involves working with diverse datasets to extract insights and address business challenges, as well as continually enhancing existing technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Finance teams to establish KPIs and devise new measurement methodologies

• Construct, manage, and scale our labor planning process, delivering precise labor targets and forecasts

• Understand the drivers and impacts on the dynamics and productivity of our business

• Translate raw data into actionable insights for stakeholders

• Automate the reporting process for weekly business metrics

• Identify and implement opportunities to automate and scale our current processes

• Use SQL for extracting and processing data

• Apply data warehousing and data modeling techniques as required

• Use Business Intelligence tools to provide insights and recommendations

• Ensure the quality of data and its alignment with business requirements Requirements • Proficiency in Application Coding and Business Logic.

• Strong knowledge of Database and Database Objects.

• Experience with EO/IR systems and AB Testing.

• Solid understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and methods.

• Ability to accurately prepare Business Requirement Documents.

• Experience in ensuring Data Quality and managing Data Warehousing.

• Proven experience in the retail industry.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
