JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Data Visualization & Analytics SupportPosition location is flexible and may office from a branch in Winona,MN - Eagan, MN - St. Paul, MN or Madison, WI Full-time Shift(s): MON TUEWED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time DataVisualization & Analytics Support, you will assist in reporting andbusiness process activities within the Data Analytics department, whilealso gaining knowledge and skills in more technical aspects of thedepartments roles. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities ofthis position include, but are not limited to: o Assisting variousanalysts on the team to complete projects, provide answers to businessquestions and information to reduce decision making uncertainty withinthe organization o Supporting visualization and reporting projects toprovide end users with quality and effective information in an intuitivemanner o Supporting analytics projects and predictive modeling based onvarying sources of available customer and sales data. These projectswill provide understanding in areas such as Market Basket, LocationEffectiveness, Customer Segmentation, In-Branch Experience, EmployeePerformance, Product Mix and Inventory Effectiveness. o Carrying outvarious business processes within the team that support companyinitiatives, including data entry and data processing tasks,communication with various other departments and personnel anddocumentation of ongoing project details o Assisting in research todetermine the \"why\" behind the numbers and to generate hypotheses forfurther research o Reviewing and summarizing large amounts of data whilemaintaining a high level of accuracy o Learning and applying skills andtechniques such as linear and logistic regression, decision trees,multivariate analysis, segmentation analysis and time series modeling oGaining expertise on multiple analytical and reporting tools andleveraging them to optimize speed and quality of project deliverables asyou progress in the position REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Thefollowing skills and qualifications are required for this position: oPossess a High School diploma or GED o Excellent written and oralcommunication skills o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite o Exhibitstrong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills oDemonstrate strong attention to detail o Learn and perform multipletasks in a fast paced environment o Maintain confidentiality andappropriately handle sensitive information o Highly motivated andself-directed and customer service oriented o Work independently as wellas in a team environment o Demonstrate our core values of ambition,innovation, integrity and teamwork o Pass the required drug screen(applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION...For full info follow application link.
