Summary: Lead the efforts to develop and administer cross-functional business process controls that result in accurate capital project, O&M, supply-chain asset and work management data for the GRE Power Supply division. This position will lead coordination, training, and support related to asset management, process documentation, compliance audit and reporting activities, lead outage cost planning for the generation fleet. Assist at times with fuel procurement activities. Total Rewards: A typical starting range for this position is $90,000 - $107,0000+ annually. Responsibilities: Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to Lead cross-functional process development, implementation, documentation and stakeholder training efforts for asset and supply-chain business functions and work order for generation maintenance activities. Develop and maintain the generation maintenance work documentation processes across the generation fleet. Proactively collaborate with leadership, impacted stakeholders, cross-functional departments, and industry forums to identify and address best business processes and data-driven tools. Actively gather input from impacted stakeholders to identify gaps, needs and drive buy-in to business processes. Create effective training and techniques to educate and assist impacted stakeholders in executing business processes. Standardize plans, locations, and assets to ensure consistency between GRE generation fleet. Develop, implement and maintain work orders, PMs, and assets within the Maximo application. Assist in the development of metrics that lead to increased generation fleet maintenance effectiveness. Create and implement the digitization of test reports to facilitate more streamlined data collection and verification. Integration of capital and O&M work orders that are tied to critical assets and locations. Merge and maintain engineering processes into existing automations. Lead the development and promote the use of quality assurance and quality controls, analysis tools, and reporting solutions. Develop and manage reports and interfaces to ensure timely and accurate response to meet regulatory and compliance standards, information requests and audits. Perform self-directed, recurring internal spot audits on compliance data by conducting queries, creating reports and reviewing results. Monitor and communicate escalation calculations for Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA). Assist generation facilities in the purchase of budgeted capital equipment. Maintain continuity with accurate daily fuel procurement, marketing of the generation fleet and reporting requirements in the absence of the fuel and market specialist.
