Description We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Seattle, Washington. The key function of this role will be to collect, organize, and input data accurately into our databases. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize data to be entered into the databases.

• Accurately input data into the databases, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

• Conduct regular data audits for quality assurance.

• Maintain and update databases in a timely manner, ensuring all data is current and accurate.

• Operate digital scanning and photographic equipment for the purpose of saving electronic files.

• File physical documents in an organized manner, ensuring easy retrieval.

• Respect the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

• Retrieve data as requested, providing support to teams as required.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to perform calculations and organize files.

• Utilize your 10 Key Skills, customer service skills, and typing skills to efficiently manage data entry and email correspondence. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills
