Description We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, providing valuable support to our non-profit sector. This role involves managing a large database, tracking donations, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a large database, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date

• Track and record donations diligently

• Maintain excellent customer service, addressing all inquiries in a timely manner

• Execute data entry tasks efficiently, utilizing 10 Key Skills

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks

• Organize files systematically for easy retrieval and reference

• Perform calculations as required, ensuring accuracy

• Manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Employ scanning methods for document management

• Maintain excellent typing skills for data entry tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Ability to perform calculations and organize files efficiently

• Experience with data entry tasks

• Strong typing skills and ability to use 10-key systems

• Excellent customer service skills, including email correspondence

• Experience with scanning documents and maintaining digital records

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent education level required
