　　Perform all phases of work in the SCAN/PATS Data Entry Office. This includes but is not limited to the following: Entry of Indirect Logs, download production data, enter adjustments and deletions, enter data into Access Databse, filing and scanning of logs and adjustments, monitor and answer SCAN Emails. Other duites as assigned.

　　JOB REQUIREMENTS:

　　Previous computer training or experience

　　Keyboarding skills in accuracy and speed required

　　Must have a sense of urgency, motivation and be a self-starter

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

　　Strong organizational skills

　　Attention to details

　　Must be willing to work overtime as needed

　　Ability to work with limited supervision

　　Ability to be flexible with changing demands and priorities
