Job Description
A Fortune 500 client is looking for 2 IT Site Managers for their locations in Richardson, TX and Maple Grove, MN. This client is leading company in the Aerospace and Defense, communications, enterprise healthcare, industrial, capital equipment and energy industries to deliver solutions for their most complex challenges in manufacturing hardware solutions. They are looking for 2 IT site managers to oversee a medium to large manufacturing site and provide leadership to the IT solutions team. This team is responsible for providing systems analysis, design, development and support for Global Systems (including SFC, ERP and Integration) and also the IT Infrastructures team who provides infrastructure services and support. You will be responsible for providing direct and indirect supervision to subordinate managers and employees performing diverse roles within a site. You will be held accountable for projects or programs on a multi-functional or national basis. This role is guided by broad site objectives and corporate policy and requires developing solutions, precedents, and/or policies. You will receive assignments in the form of objectives and sets goals to achieve objectives. In addition, you will establish long-term plans/objectives and recommends changes to policies. Develops department budgets and goals. This role will function fully onsite at the company's office in either Maple Grove, MN or Richardson, TX
Skills and Requirements
Must have good understanding of IT requirements for an end to end solution, including security, business continuity, disaster recovery, Risk analysis and prepare Business Case.
7+ years experience in Information Technology
At least 4 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment
Experience working with and negotiating with from shop floor thru to senior management and also with customers and suppliers
Understanding of IT Infrastructure & Networking & Application Development LifeCycle 1+ years within the Electronics Manufacturing Services or Contract Manufacturing Sector is strongly preferred
In-depth knowledge of data analysis and ability to resolve complex process/system problems using financial, analytical and statistical models.
Understanding of SCM and manufacturing processes and ERP applications. null
