　　データセンター エンジニアリング・オペレーションズ（DCEO）チームは、弊社の大規模・高密度なデータセンター内で、ファシリティ（電気・機械設備、制御系・消防関連設備など）の導入から運用・保守まで担当していただけるサブジェクトエキスパート （ SME ）を募集しています。社内外のお客様向けのサービスを365日24時間体制でサポートしている為、勤務形態はシフト勤務、オンコール、又はそれらの組み合わせとなります。

　　■About the Team

　　The Data Center Engineering Operations (DECO) team is seeking a strong subject matter expert (SME) who can deploy, operate, and maintain the facilities (electrical/mechanical systems, control/fire-fighting systems, etc.) of our large-scale, high-density data centers. We support our internal and external customers 24x7 all year, so work is by shift, on-call or a combination of the two.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　・ミッションクリティカルなファシリティの運用・保守業務

　　・ハードウェアの増減に関わる電源回路の追加や撤去等のハンズオン業務

　　・新規構築プロジェクト、拡張プロジェクト業務

　　・自然災害への準備・対策、インシデントなど優先度・重要度の高い緊急対応

　　・設備運用に関わる改善提案・遂行

　　・Operation and maintenance of mission-critical facilities

　　・Hands-on work relating to decrease/increase of rack capacity

　　・New build and expansion projects

　　・Prepare and implement countermeasure for natural disasters, emergency response to high priority/critical incidents

　　・Operational excellence planning and execution

　　Basic Qualifications

　　ファシリティの基本的な知識を保持していること

　　変更管理、インシデント管理、問題管理、障害対応の経験があること

　　ポリシー、プロセス、作業手順に基づいた作業と、メンテナンス期間・変更管理の経験または基本理解があること

　　セイフティー（安全）ならびにセキュリティのポリシー（基準）を理解し、順守できること

　　シフト勤務が可能な方

　　ビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力（口頭および読み書き)

　　Experience with operating and maintaining electrical or mechanical facilities

　　Experience with change management, incident management, issue management, and troubleshooting after failure

　　Experience writing documents such as standard operating procedures, methods of procedure, and emergency operating procedures

　　Able to understand and follow Safety and Security policies in a workplace

　　Able to work in shifts

　　Business level and above Japanese (verbal and written)

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　データセンターの運用保守経験があること

　　電気関連システムの優れた理解力があること

　　機械関連システムの優れた理解力があること

　　ベンダー管理経験があること

　　ビジネスレベルの英語能力（口頭および読み書き）

　　· Experienced working in Data Center facility operation and maintenance

　　· Advanced knowledge and experience in electrical engineering and/or mechanical engineering

　　· Vendor management experience

　　· Business level English (verbal and written)
