　　We currently seek a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker for our state of the art facility in Ringwood, IL. The qualified candidate performs duties to construct, alter, and repair a variety of dies, tools, jigs and other fixtures, and performs ordinary tool room machine operations at a Journeyman Level. To be eligible for this position, candidates must have a TMA Certificate or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years Journeyman experience. This is a direct hire + benefits position on 1st shift, paying anywhere from $30-42/hr to start based on experience. 　　TMA Certification

　　3+ years Journeyman Experience

　　Build and troubleshoot new tooling per design requirements.

　　Modify existing tooling per customer changes and requirements.

　　Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair tooling for continued operations of production orders.

　　Perform changeovers on multiple part tooling.

　　Support and communicate with multiple company departments with any tooling needs and status of work.

　　Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

　　Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

　　Perform numerous grinding, milling operations, fittings on projects as assigned; verify accuracy and functionality of work at all stages to ensure total customer satisfaction.

　　Participate in multiple projects and balance priorities to ensure timely delivery of error-free product to customer maintaining customer-focused priorities at all times.

　　Monitor equipment, report malfunctions, and make necessary repairs.
