PDMI is looking for a Data Business Analyst to join our team! As our Data Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions. This position is responsible for analyzing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for leveraging data, and providing strategic insights to drive informed decision-making.

We offer transparent, pass-through pharmacy processing and other services for private label Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), vertically integrated health plans and hospital systems. In addition to Pharmacy Benefit Administrative Services, we offer 340B Administration, Hospice and Long-Term Care Services.

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate, understand, and apply our workplace mission, vision, and values.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather comprehensive data-related requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed requirements and technical specifications, with a focus on data mappings and transformations.
Create and maintain data models, emphasizing relationships between different data entities and systems.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.
Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to implement data-related projects
Ensure data initiatives align with business objectives, delivering on time and within scope.
Analyze complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Conduct thorough data validation and verification for accuracy.
Design and develop data models supporting analytical processes.
Create visually appealing dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Establish and maintain data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Provide training and support to end-users on data-related tools and processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or Information Technology.
Proven experience as a Data Business Analyst, with a focus on data-related projects. Healthcare/PBM industry experience preferred.
Familiarity with AWS data tools like Amazon Redshift, DynamoDB, and data warehouse tools like Snowflake.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL and Python.
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Required Competencies:

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
