　　About you and this role

　　We are looking for a top-calibre, technically capable Production Associate Operator who embraces change, adapts fast, makes decisions quickly, possesses self-confidence and is a lifelong learner.

　　​

　　As Production Associate Operator , located in Jabel Ali (ARE), you will operate one of our production Plants in a safe, reliable and optimal manner. You will perform and report on operational related activities per the Operations schedule and Dashboard (OPD)-Tasks List. Furthermore, you will work together with the Shift Team members you to efficiently anticipate and resolve unplanned events within the capabilities of the shift team and effectively escalate issues that cannot be resolved.

　　Responsibilities

　　Operate basic control systems and devices to monitor levels, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates, ensuring the safe transfer of products.

　　Handle and charge chemicals safely and according to established processes, including proper operation of valves and similar equipment with clearing and isolation procedures.

　　Adhere to operating discipline, policies, and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation of assigned duties.

　　Control, monitor, and make necessary adjustments on both control systems and manually operated equipment.

　　Troubleshoot process, product quality, safety, and environmental issues, identifying equipment requiring maintenance.

　　Serve as a resource for other Technicians, assisting with task prioritization and job-related guidance.

　　Take ownership of completing all assigned tasks with a strong commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.

　　Qualifications

　　Technical education, Diploma/engineering in any technical field is preferable.

　　Two (2) or more years of manufacturing experience as a Production Technician/Operator.

　　Production Unit certifications typically beneficial.

　　Safety mindset, inclusive behavior.

　　Preferred skills

　　Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel, and have the ability to learn new systems quickly.

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

　　Good interpersonal skills are required.

　　Strong attention to small details and precision in all operations

　　Good analytical, critical thinking and evaluation abilities

　　Additional notes

　　Able to lift hoses, bolt flanges and operate valves, manual charging and handling containers, bags and similar equipment as a normal part of the job.

　　Familiar with UAE climate conditions.

　　Able and willing to work in different shifts, 8 or 12 hours duty.
