　　How you'll make an impact:

　　This position will take a lead role in the forecasting and review process for various aspects of our SiriusXM subscription model, including retention rates and win-back marketing. The ideal candidate will be able to write complex queries when needed to dig into the data behind executive dashboards and help surface the key drivers of customer behavior. The individual will collaborate with various cross functional teams, including marketing, Business Intelligence, and our peers in Corporate Finance in establishing, reporting, and updating subscriber planning assumptions and communicating the implications of these assumptions for the business.

　　Supports monthly, quarterly, and long-term subscriber forecastsDevelops forecasting models, identifies opportunities/risks, and creates original analysis for marketing and finance stakeholdersRepresents the team as subject matter expert and primary source of contact on key subscriber metricsCollaborates with IT on automation of forecast models and design of KPI dashboardsTakes initiative in identifying areas of opportunity and leads discussions in improving subscriber trendsCollaborates with Marketing to create a deep understanding of business drivers and translates requests into actionable analytical insightsValidates forecast vs. actualsContributes to executive presentationsAssist as needed in various other subscriber forecasting functions

　　At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $102,200 to $120,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
