Microsoft’s Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Capacity, Supply Chain & Provisioning (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth. Our mission is to deliver the world’s computer with an industry-leading supply chain. CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.
Within Azure Hardware Systems & Infrastructure, the Spares Supply Chain team is responsible for ensuring that the right spare parts are in the right place, at the right time in support of delivering global capacity requirements. SWOPs is undergoing a supply chain transformation to optimally manage the spares and warranty from a serviceability and cost point of view.

Responsibilities
•The role will focus on enabling insights for Spares supply chain business by building strong working relationships across multiple disciplines (Sourcing, Finance, Data Center Operations, Suppliers, and others), cultivating strategic relationships and influence across the organization.
•Own the ongoing development & maintenance of mission-critical analytics & business insights platform for spares supply chain business.
•Role requires People management &deliver success through team empowerment and accountability, while being a role model of the Microsoft values and culture.
•Platform strategy and roadmap - Collaborate across organizational boundaries to identify opportunities for enabling actionable insights for spares supply chain business.
•Leadership and Executive presence - Create clarity through ambiguity and complexity, generate energy across key stakeholders, and deliver success.
•Lead discussions with executives and create supporting strategy papers and presentations. Subject Matter Expertise - Be curious, learn, and become a subject matter expert in the area.
Qualifications
Required Qualification:
•8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics or a related function
•3+ years of people management experience
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or) similar stream
•Proven track record of large-scale program delivery with 6-8+ years of experience.
Preferred Qualification:
•Executive presence with strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
•Proficiency in data analytics - Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
•Prior experience in Spares and / or Fulfillment processes, preferably in the high-tech industry
•Master’s degree in computer science / data science/ or Business - Demonstrated history of driving cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
•Ability to synthesize varying data points and points of view into crisp, executive level communications.
