　　Are you a licensed plumber with experience working in a commercial environment? Are you looking for a new opportunity? Our client is seeking candidates who possess team player characteristics with a qualifying background in Commercial Plumbing maintenance, service, repair, diagnostics, and installations. Selected candidate must: Understand how to correctly diagnose and troubleshoot or install commercial Plumbing Systems Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage expectations, communicate, and to provide and document complete repair or replacement needs Must be able to climb ladders, work in attics, and work in crawl spaces and able/fit to lift heavy objects when needed. Must be physically able to endure prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending Must be able to lift /carry up to 50lbs, climb a ladder and safely perform rigging to move needed equipment Must be able to ensure that the final work product meets quality standards Must be able to track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements Must be able to maintain a safe and clean work area Must be a self-starter and work well with limited supervision
