　　DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Collaborate with Analytics teams to use a combination of exploratory and descriptive analytics to inform product strategy and roadmap, and provide ad-hoc analyses that uncover root cause of recent business trends.Understand data infrastructure and coordinate with Data Engineering to deliver data models and structures to meet business demands.Assist in the design of relevant data models, including outlining dimensions and measures needed, for answering business questions.Establish and implement product data standards and best practices in order to optimize the data collection, fidelity and accuracy. Develop product measurement plans and dashboards to monitor metrics and KPIs.Support Engineering in deploying and documenting consumer event tagging in all applications.Ensure optimization and validations initiatives are implemented, tracked and reviewed postproduction.Shape, explore and publish data for business analysis or stakeholder initiatives using core Business Intelligence (BI) tools.Other duties as assigned.

　　EDUCATION:

　　Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field

　　REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

　　3 year's experience in using data and analytics to drive decisions and insights

　　PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Strong understanding of how relational databases operate.

　　Experience writing and optimizing SQL scripts.

　　Experience presenting and reporting on data to business users in an understandable way.

　　Must be comfortable with data clean-up and standardization.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience with programmatic media.

　　Experience with structured and semi-structured data.

　　Experience developing Tableau/Power BI Dashboards.

　　WORK ENVIRONMENT:

　　Must be able to travel to Sysco Specialty facilities or operating sites up to 25%.

　　This position can be performed from a Sysco Specialty site in the Continental US.
