　　What you will be doing

　　We handle more than 50,000 ready-to-move units that fly around the world transporting medicine. These want to be managed effectively.

　　You will be responsible for to understand both department needs for data analytics, reports and dashboard and available big data tables from historical activities and produce periodical and ad hoc analytical assessment, reports and dashboard to support the operations and improvement of department business.

　　The Packaging Fleet Management Data Analyst works closely with the Inventory Management Team, Finance, Operations and the Fleet Management operators.

　　PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Develop an understanding of the tables and data available at the Data Warehouse and relevant for Packaging Fleet Management functions.Develop ad hoc reports and analyses for the department and Proof of Concept of reports to be produced by BI.Review and propose prioritization of BI Roadmap.Build detailed models of the business under review and developing other bespoke analysis to support the projectsSummarize findings verbally, by email or in PowerPointDevelop analysis to support senior management decisionsSupport the functions with data based insights to the network to support process changes and behavior improvements.Produce a set of standard periodical reports to track business and operations trends and support decision making.

　　What your background should look like

　　Bachelor's degree in fields such as business administration, Math, statistics, computer sciences, engineering or similar vocations.Likely to have a minimum of 1 years of directly related responsible experience in a similar role.Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writingStrong analytical skill and command of Excel with Pivot table and VBA Macros.Experience of SQL or other relational databaseKnowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience of working with large datasetsGood communicator: able to explain analysis to a non-expert audienceStrong attention to detail, with the ability to keep one eye on the wider business context.
