This Data Analyst role will work closely with the Flow Team at CHO1 to provide data and analytical support for onsite initiatives, reporting, and adhoc tools. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of different business models and the underlying analytics, and the ability to assimilate new methodologies and data sources. They will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, be vocally self-critical, and with an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. They recognize that the true measure of the work product is the business impact it has.
This position is NOT remote and does require you to be onsite. Local applicants are strongly encouraged as this position does not offer relocation assistance.
Key job responsibilities
• Development of onsite reporting tools using Excel VBA and Python
• Development of data collection processes and data management systems
• Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in AWS and Excel
• Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes
• In depth research of defect trends
• Data collection and entry as needed
• Data mining and problem solving
• Present analysis in easily digestible standard reports
• Responsible for teaching leadership team how to interpret data trends as needed
• Any other priority requests as senior leadership assigns

Basic Qualifications
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
High school or equivalent
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Programming experience in Excel VBA and Python
