This support will be manifested in the creative use ofexisting software and the ongoing efforts to acquire the most costbeneficial hardware and software required to generate the needed dataProvides statistical and analytical support to the Department staffUtilizes SAS SQL SOURCE and other statistical based software packages toextract and analyze the data required by the Department for bothcontinuing and special needs Job Experience: Expertise needed in EDI andHIPAA Testing Privacy with multiple transactions exposure such as 837for submitting claims, 835 for payments, 834 for benefit enrollment, and820 for premium payments to insurance products, 270, 271 for healthcarebenefits and eligibility, 276, 277 for claims status and 278 fortransmitting health care service information Srong knowledge of managedcare payer requirements, Operational improvements and procedures.
