Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst in Boston, MA.Duties Include:

　　Data Analyst will meet with appropriate personnel for periodic reviews of prototypes and final products

　　Using data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns

　　Organizing and transforming information into comprehensible structures

　　Using data to predict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole

　　Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs

　　Preparing reports and presenting these to management or clients

　　As a Data Analyst, you will be identifying and recommending new ways to streamline business processes

　　Monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data

　　Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements

　　6-10 years of BA experience; Strong Business and Data Analysis skills

　　Strong stakeholder management skills; Role requires interaction with senior individuals across systems/functions, external vendor/product teams and various internal technology teams

　　Kanban Board experience for the planning and tracking of work within scrum or Kanban Agile methodology

　　Oracle ERP Cloud Reporting experience

　　Fieldglass Reporting Experience

　　Strong Finance Knowledge

　　Must Have Advanced Skills in Microsoft Products:

　　Microsoft Excel Skills (VBA & Macros, Data Tables, Simulations, Advanced Charting, Pivot Tables & Pivot Reporting, Power Pivot, What IF Analysis)

　　Advanced Power BI skills

　　MS Teams

　　MS Word

　　MS SharePoint

　　MS Visio

　　MS Access

　　Documentation and visualization master

　　Good knowledge on Agile practices; Agile/DevOps environment working experience

　　Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

　　Excellent problem-solving skills

　　Critical thinking skills are a must

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
