This position will report directly to our Area Sales Manager for Water Utilities Italy and Greece and collaborate closely with the External Sales Team
What is the job about?
Your primary responsibility is to apply product and application insights to identify, sell and provide customers with highly value-adding Dosing & disinfection solutions. Furthermore you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities - new markets, new partnerships, new ways to reach existing markets - to promote and sell dosing & disinfection products in tandem with Account Managers as outlined in the Area Sales strategy.
At least 40% of the time on the field and 40% in the Milan headquarter are required.
You will play an active role in ensuring knowledge sharing with the team and take responsibility for own competence development. Besides, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we are perceived as highly customer-centric, collaborative ensuring one Company Culture. In addition, you will perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects as and when required.
What do you need to apply?
You have a positive and resilient personality alongside with technical mind-set. You are customer-focused with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. You have the ability to work well under pressure, you are highly adaptable and react positively to change in a fast-paced environment.
Furthermore, you:
hold a Bachelor’s degree within environmental engineering or have experience in Dosing & Disinfection channel
3-4 years of experience of proven track record in D&D sales
ability to drive sales proactively and independently
have good IT Skills - preferably SAP experience
have great communication skills
speak and write English
