　　Recruiter assigned to DACH region will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical, corporate and sales roles for our offices in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role will be focused on the Arrow Global Components business - part of Arrow Electronics and a leader in the distribution of electronic components. As a DACH Recruiter in Arrow Electronics, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talents in using the most effective recruitment strategy. You will also manage effective candidates and hiring manager communication, providing insights into local market conditions to the hiring managers. This role is part of the EMEA Recruiting team located in our office in Gdansk thus most of the recruitment activity will be handled remotely. You will cooperate with the team of HR and Recruitment professionals helping build the future of Arrow - one hire at a time.

　　Recruitment - previous experience as a recruiter for German speaking markets and understanding the local talent markets, challenges and opportunitiesLanguage skills - fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with local teams and international stakeholders (C1 level)Communication - ability to approach convince and partner with the hiring managers, candidates and wider HR teamTeamwork - collaborate with the EMEA team to achieve its goals, learn and share knowledgeCreativity and innovation - thinking outside the box, coming up with new innovative ways to drive recruitment effectiveness.
