Job SummaryThe Cycle Counter Clerk is responsible for tracking inventory of variousmaterials; finding the root causes for inventory discrepancies andaccurately recording inventory counts in the system.
Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesCounts and tracks physical inventoryMaintains accurate records of counts and frequency of countsCommunicates any variances or inventory discrepancies to managementRecords inventory counts in the accounting systemInvestigates any inventory discrepancies and document any correctionsEnsures accuracy of the information in the system and compliance with internalcontrolsPrepares various reports and correspondence as requiredPerforms other duties as required
Job SummaryHigh school diplomaMinimum one year of experience in inventory control or related areaWorking knowledge of inventory internal controls, and company proceduresWorking knowledge of Excel, Word and OutlookBasic knowledge of lumber math, lumber grades and speciesPreferred understanding of company policies, practices and proceduresMust be at least 18 years of age
Compensation & Benefit Information:
Hourly Pay Range: $21.00- $23.00 per hour dependent on experience**pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
Bonus/Incentive Pay:Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piecerate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employeereferral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and businessunit performance may also be provided.
