　　We are seeking an experienced ViSR Systems Engineer to support US Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) at Fort Bragg, NC. NETCOM implemented the enterprise Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC), Multiple Independent Levels of Security (MILS), and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solution that provides Army users with secure access to classified networks. As the ViSR Systems Engineer, you will lead the Operations and Maintenance activities and provide engineering support to expand the capacity of the Fort Bragg ViSR solution set. Additionally, the ViSR Systems Engineer will implement the solution architecture in other NETCOM areas of operation.

　　ViSR System Engineer Essential Job Functions:

　　Serve as a ViSR System Engineer to operate and maintain the ViSR system.

　　Manage system-wide Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)

　　Responsible for management and oversight of all aspects of the installed system including routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS devices, server hardware, software applications, continuous monitoring, data collection, and the security posture.

　　Develop and implement system topologies and configurations based on operational requirements and objectives.

　　Configure/manage PKI Certificate Authorities for CSfC solutions

　　Have working knowledge of Certificate Authority applications (ISC CertAgent/MS Windows Server/Red Hat Certificate systems)

　　Review organization and IT system security controls and enforcement mechanisms to ensure an effective IA security program including boundary defense, end-point defense, incident detection and response, and key management.

　　Collaborate with other operations departments to design approved infrastructure

　　Take charge of troubleshooting of system outages for Tier 2 and 3 systems until returned to service.

　　Identify and recommend hardware and support solutions based on research and analysis of new technologies, interfacing with customers and vendors.

　　Apply DoD STIGs and IAVAs

　　Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

　　ViSR Systems Engineer Education & Experience:

　　BA/BS in Information Technology with 5 years IT experience or AA/AS in related field with 7 years of IT experience.

　　5 years of experience designing and implementing IT architectures and developing HW/SW configurations in an operations-center environment

　　2 years Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) experience

　　Experience working in a Microsoft Active Directory Environment

　　Experience implementing Identity Management applications and AAA

　　Experience working DoD IT environments

　　ViSR Systems Engineer License & Certifications:

　　Computing Environment Certification (e.g., MCSA, Linux, etc)

　　Qualifying Professional Certification for DoD Cyber Workforce 8570 Baseline IAT Level III

　　CASP+ CE

　　CCNP Security

　　CISA

　　CISSP (or Associate)

　　GCED

　　GCIH

　　CCSP

　　ViSR Systems Engineer Knowledge & Skills:

　　Working knowledge of DoD RMF processes

　　Good Oral presentation and Written Communication skills

　　Customer Focused and Solution Oriented

　　Security Clearance: Must have and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

　　Relocation Allowance considered on a case by case basis

　　Compensation: $115K to $135K depending on experience and qualifications
