Description

　　Robert Half is assisting a leading investment management firm to hire for a full-time Cyber Security Engineer onsite in Boston. As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the organization, working closely with the Chief Technology Officer to implement and oversee the company's cybersecurity measures. They are looking for cyber security professionals who will drive their cybersecurity strategy forward and ensure the security of their systems to protect their valuable data and the integrity of their business.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Lead the design, development, and implementation of their cybersecurity systems, protocols, and procedures.

　　Assess and identify potential security risks, and design mitigation plans.

　　Monitor systems for any irregularities and intrusions, ensuring optimal security at all times.

　　Perform security audits, reporting findings to the CTO.

　　Assist in developing staff-wide security awareness training programs.

　　Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and security standards.

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

　　CISSP and CCSP certifications are strongly preferred.

　　Proven experience in a cybersecurity role, preferably within the finance/investment space.

　　Proficiency in the use of SIEM and cloud-security tools.

　　Strong understanding of current cybersecurity threats, trends, and mitigation tactics.

　　Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to a non-technical audience.
