　　As part of our Food, Beverage and Consumer Goods team, you'll help our customers connect business processes and leverage data-driven technology for better visibility, agility and responsiveness. We are recruiting for a Trade Analyst who will be responsible for the timely and accurate entry of claim backup. The post holder will be creating claims ensuring accuracy at all times.

　　Here's how:

　　Creating claims, inputting required fields, attaching backup, balancing to the backup received, and choosing a contract that best matches the claim backup coming in.

　　Update daily stats on manual and eclaim counts and dates, moving claims from evaluation to complete and updating all records

　　Ensure proper coverage for all accounts assigned, keeping the dates in sync, list bad mappings, communicating any questions with the Account Manager and/or Director of Client Services

　　Reach out and resolve customer claims, work missing back up reports

　　Mailbox management , and monitor VIP customers to ensure they are processed as priority

　　Use Excel daily to manage different aspects of the role

　　Work on brand new accounts once started and work closely with the Account Manager to get the manual created

　　for other team members

　　Fully computer literate

　　Advanced Excel skills , including the ability to create pivot tables and properly sum data.
