Behind our customers - amazing companies that help feed the world, provide life-saving medicine on a global scale, and focus on clean water and green mobility - our people are energized problem solvers that take pride in how the work we do changes the world for the better.Your Responsibilities:The Customer Success Renewal Specialist is responsible for ensuring the on-time renewal of Rockwell Automation's portfolio of Cybersecurity solutions contracts, with primary focus on the recent Verve acquisition. They renew, up-sell, and close maintenance, service and/or license contracts for Cybersecurity software working with customer and channel partner stakeholders at all levels. Responsible for meeting renewal objectives such as quota and productivity requirements, Net Revenue Retention, and on-time renewal metrics. They must maintain account team relationships and transfer leads as appropriate, as well as interface with internal business partners to ensure that quotes are delivered and booked as needed. You will report to the Software Manager.Clear understanding of contractual Install Base and ability to manage timelines for renewal processWork with internal business partners to generate renewal quotesDeliver, negotiate, and close renewal contractsEnsure accurate booking and recognition of customer renewalCollaborate with operations, CSMs, and account teamsMaintain accurate funnel of renewals and escalating at-risk contracts to managementAbility to negotiate renewals with different customer stakeholdersCRM data integrity and forecasting updatesThe Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of relevant experienceLegal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:3+ years of experience in contract entry or renewal management.Experienced in negotiating contractsKnowledge of TSIA layer modelAbility to complete, accurate and submit of all required paperwork and system documentation in a timely manner.Organizational skills to facilitate timely and thorough follow up on all customer contract issuesExcellent Microsoft Office skills (including Dynamics)Gainsight, Salesforce, SAP, and Quickbase"This position is part of a job family.
