Cross-sells products and services and identifies business opportunities for referrals to appropriate personnel.<P>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR DUTIES:<LI> Services customers through various teller transactions including, cashing checks, processing deposits and accepting various payments<LI> Sells treasurers' checks, money orders, etc.<LI> Provides customer service to retain and grow customer relationships by acknowledging and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner<LI> Responds to and follows through on customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner<LI> Identifies customer products and service needs to enhance customer relationships while achieving the Bank's financial goals by actively participating in all sales promotions<LI> Identifies business opportunities and refers customers to appropriate personnel including Investment Services, Commercial Loans, Mortgage Originators and Consumer Loans<LI> Maintains an accurate cash drawer in accordance with balancing and cash handling standards<LI> Produces accurate work documentation impacting other internal departments as well as external customers<LI> Balances the vault and ATM machine
