  JOB SUMMARY:

  This Internal Transfer Opportunity position performs customer support using a variety of methods including telephone, in person, chat or email for child support cases and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with customers and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  Initiating and responding to requests

  Coordinating with internal and external partners

  Researching and resolving case issues

  Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps

  Interviewing customers in person and/or over the telephone

  Interacting with other states, employers, and other business partners

  Making decisions based on case information and provided documentation

  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist III- Customer Service Representative I.

  Ability to speak, read and write effectively in English and Spanish.

  SPECIAL NOTES:

  This position requires all duties to be performed by speaking, reading, and writing effectively in English and Spanish. Additional compensation will be provided for this additional skill requirement.

  This position can be located at any site within region 2, to include: Brooksville, Daytona Beach, Inverness, Jacksonville, Leesburg, Palatka or Silver Springs.

  SALARY: $36,960.00 - $46,171.56.
