Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, primarily through phone calls and emails. Your primary tasks will involve data entry, scheduling appointments, and using customer service software to manage customer inquiries. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity within the call center industry.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Enter customer details and order information accurately into the system.

• Provide email correspondence to address customer queries and concerns.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to facilitate customer service operations.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and correspondence.

• Perform data entry tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Schedule appointments as necessary, managing and updating schedules in real time.

• Use customer service software to manage and monitor customer accounts and interactions.

• Take appropriate actions in response to customer account activities.

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times, striving for customer satisfaction. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Demonstrated experience in Customer Service, specifically in a call center environment

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently

• Experience in data entry and order entry tasks

• Proficiency in using customer service software

• Strong skills in email correspondence

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively

• Experience in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service

• Strong ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
