Coordinating design closely with structural engineerdiscipline leads and engineering in team environment. Ensuring customerspecification/requirements, product standards, BIM execution plan. Fieldinvestigation work to determine existing project conditions. Limitedtravel may be required. Assist with analysis, preparation and/ormodification of reports, specifications, plans, schedules, studies,permits, and/or designs for projects. Attend both internal and externalproject meetings. Developing probable construction cost estimates forspecific tasks within assigned projects. Support producing projectimagery and visualizations for use in documents and presentations.Qualifications Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD utilization including bothRevit and AutoCAD including BIM Modeling and BIM Coordination(Navisworks). Proficiency in generating structural and architecturalcontract documents. Strong initiative and a positive attitude. Abilityto work effectively with peers to resolve issues and implement change.Organized and task-oriented, with attention to detail and followthrough. Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with attention todetail. Example critical thinking, problem-solving skills. Demonstrationof computer-based skills: Microsoft Suite (Windows, Outlook, Excel), andother 3rd party or in-house software.
