Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team based out of Lake Oswego, Oregon. In this role, you will receive and manage customer calls, emails, and web requests, answer pre-sales questions, and manage customer cases. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound customer calls, emails, and web requests.

• Answer pre-sales questions and educate customers on product functionalities, leveraging your strong knowledge of our products.

• Create cases for all documented field failure incidents, returns, and replacements.

• Listen to customers and enter appropriate notes into the case, using defined questions, troubleshooting skills, and acquired product knowledge.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently

• Solid knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in challenging customer situations

• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in relevant fields is a plus.
